I know people really didn't like Memnoch The Devil, but wtf. I loved it. XD
And so I really have no idea WHY Memnoch is in chains, he just is.

Lestat cracks me up. He cracks me up later in the series when he's not so serious, and in like Blood Canticle he was all "Well I'd really like to write on T-shirts, no wait I'd like to write NOTHING BUT T-shirts, no wait in fact I'd much rather just write WHOLE NOVELS on T-shirts so you guys could say, 'oh I'm wearing chapter eight of Lestat's new book, and there I see you're wearing chapter six...' "
